About Me - My Journey into Hypnotherapy

 

Hello, I’m Jane — a qualified Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist in Chelmsford, and someone who truly understands what many of my clients are going through.


Before becoming a therapist, I experienced anxiety, low confidence, and low self-esteem. Life often felt overwhelming, and I wasn’t sure how to move forward.


Discovering hypnotherapy changed everything. It created a long-term, life-changing shift in how I felt, thought, and coped with challenges. That experience inspired me to help others achieve the same sense of calm, clarity, and confidence.  I trained at the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training Centre in Chelmsford, specialising in:

Today, I combine professional training with real-life understanding, offering a calm, supportive, and personalised approach. I practise Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) — a modern method combining:

  • Neuroscience and brain-based techniques
